Mr. Balal Mohamed Osman, received on Sunday in his office at the Ministry the credentials of the new representative of the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in the Federal Republic of Somalia, Ms. Wafaa ElFadil Saeed Abdelatef.
