BELEDWEYNE — Ministers of Planning and Water of HirShabelle state along with officials from the Ministry of Planning of FGS and Hiraan Regional Administration have jointly laid the foundation stone for a dam project in Hela Kaliyo area on the outskirts of Beledweyne, SONNA reported.
The project will be implemented by the Federal Government of Somalia and the HirShabelle regional administration with the support of the Norwegian government.
