QARDHO — King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), in cooperation with the Al-Misbah Association for Development, continued yesterday to distribute relief assistance to those affected by torrential rains and floods that swept through Qardho Region, Puntland. The aid consisted of 1,000 food baskets, benefiting 6,000 individuals.

The President of Puntland Said Abdullahi Dani thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for quickly responding to alleviate the sufferings of those affected.

This comes in light of the fundamental and humanitarian role that the Kingdom plays in extending a helping hand and providing assistance to needy peoples in all regions and countries of the world.
