GROWE (SOHA) – Reports from the Puntland state say that a dead body of a Somali fisherman was found in the coastal area, as well as five others crew members were reported to be missing.
The Puntland Ministry of Fisheries has confirmed that the body of the deceased was found and reported that five other of his crew members are still missing after their small fishing boat capsized on Sunday amid heavy storm winds in the Indian Ocean.
These people were recognized after they didn’t come on their normal time, with one survivor after a search, and there are still other efforts to find the missing crews.
The sea is currently experiencing strong winds that cause significant damage to the sea fishermen.
