MOGADISHU — On Sunday, the Chairman of the National Commission for Refugees and Internal Displacement (NCRI), Ahmed Elmi, met with the Chief of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Somalia, Manuel Marques Pereira, and Deputy Chief, Murima Prestage.
