Some of the children affected by the improvised explosive device were relatives according to a local administration official we spoke to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe children were from the same family, and the remains of the explosives exploded to them surprisingly,\u201d Abdullahi Nur, the deputy mayor of Goofgaduud Burey told Goobjoog News.
