It is reported that the torrential rains also demolished Salahley local municipality building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rains characterized by heavy winds that blew off rooftops, leaving dozens of families homeless.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All patients admitted to the hospital were evacuated.
