MOGADISHU —<\/strong> The Federal Government of Somalia has set up the national examination of 2020 in the whole country after three months of lockdown.<\/p>\n

The ministry of education of the federal government has suspended education on March following coronavirus pandemic risk.<\/p>\n

The minister of education, Abdullahi Godah Bare has announced the examination protocol, timetable, the total number of students, and the measures to protect the student from spreading COVID-19 in the examination rooms.<\/p>\n

Somalia\u2019s education has laid many obstacles including lack of teachers, insecurity, and curriculum since the late government ruled by Siyad Bare\u2019s regime collapsed in 1991.<\/p>\n

Despite that all challenges, it has made progress for the last 5 years as the number of students who join schools grammatically increased 75 thousand to 80 thousand yearly.<\/p>\n
