Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein, Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu, officially presided yesterday over the inauguration of the strategic “Warta Siigaale” stormwater management project, one of the largest infrastructure initiatives aimed at enhancing urban resilience and protecting residential areas from devastating flash floods.<\/p>\n
