This initiative is part of efforts to localize advanced medical services and alleviate the financial burden on Somali families.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reports published by the &#8220;Somalia Now&#8221; platform indicated that the campaign targeted children suffering from congenital heart openings\u2014critical cases that previously required expensive treatment abroad. All surgeries were performed entirely free of charge under the supervision of specialized medical teams, in coordination with the Somali-Sudanese Specialized Hospital and the Mogadishu Heart Center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to &#8220;Somalia Now&#8221;, Somali health officials emphasized that this initiative contributes directly to reducing child mortality rates and bolstering confidence in the national healthcare system.
