He emphasized that the inclusivity of this process is essential to ensure the participation of all Somali parties, thereby establishing solutions based on national consensus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding the humanitarian aspect, QNA reported Qatar&#8217;s emphasis on the need for a coordinated international response to address the repercussions of drought, food insecurity, and displacement.
