Many are now struggling without adequate shelter, facing severe food shortages and critical water scarcity, particularly in and around Beledweyne, the region\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe displaced are living in dire conditions and are in desperate need of urgent aid,\u201d said Dabageed, calling for swift action to avert further suffering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abdulle expressed deep concern over the worsening situation and pledged SoDMA\u2019s full commitment to mobilize rapid relief efforts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cWe are dedicating our full capacity to ensure that lifesaving aid reaches those in desperate need,\u201d he affirmed. \u201cTime is critical, and we must act decisively.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Together, both leaders issued a strong appeal to humanitarian organizations, local and international partners, and donor agencies to urgently scale up support. They proposed the creation of a joint coordination framework to align efforts, optimize resources, and deliver assistance in a timely and effective manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The officials also stressed the need for enhanced collaboration and information sharing between government agencies and humanitarian actors.
