It aligns with continental goals, including the African Union&#8217;s Agenda 2063, the bloc&#8217;s 50-year development blueprint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Claver Gatete, executive secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, hailed CV2060 as &#8220;a declaration of Somali resilience&#8221; during the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Amid global uncertainties, Somalia is reclaiming its narrative through this transformative vision,&#8221; he said, urging international partners to support implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The blueprint addresses institutional reconstruction after decades of conflict, focusing on strengthening governance amid security and political challenges.
