The floodwaters have already begun to impact Sabiib area under Afgoi District as residents face difficult situation prompting early warnings from relevant agencies .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Residents living in the area said that the flood affected and destroyed their crops. \u201cOur farms have been destroyed by the flood water.
