{"id":1481,"date":"2018-07-07T22:10:27","date_gmt":"2018-07-07T22:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sooha.org\/en\/?p=1481"},"modified":"2018-07-08T09:41:04","modified_gmt":"2018-07-08T09:41:04","slug":"families-in-mudug-region-dispalce-after-heavy-clashes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sooha.org\/en\/2018\/07\/07\/families-in-mudug-region-dispalce-after-heavy-clashes\/","title":{"rendered":"Families in Mudug region dispalce after heavy clashes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ADAADO (SOHA) &#8211;<\/strong> Many families living in Caad\u00a0area in Mudug region are reported to have fled from their homes area after heavy clashes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These people have travelled from several locations, including the Hobyo district, and feared these people are suffering from the fighting between Al-Shabaab and the resident in the region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Goobjoog News says reports that the majority of the displaced people are women and children, while the situation of\u00a0 Caad is still high.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caad village is about 35 kilometres west of Harardhere district in Mudug, where heavy fighting is underway for the last days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al-Shabaab has attempted to force residents in the area to fight for their fighters and money, but civilians who have taken control of their weapons have been fighting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clashes between the resident and Al-Shabaab fighters broke out in the Mudug region on last Tuesday,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Local residents in the village of Caad (approximately 35 kilometres west of Harardhere) reportedly refused demands by the militant group to have children from the village were sent to Al-Shabaab schools and recruitments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Source: Goobjoog News<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ADAADO (SOHA) &#8211; Many families living in Caad\u00a0area in Mudug region are reported to have fled from their homes area after heavy clashes.
