Somalia\u2019s Finance Minister, Bihi Iman Egeh, and the bank&#8217;s Vice President, Dr. Beth Dunford, signed the agreement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egeh emphasized the importance of the funding, noting its role in combating the country\u2019s recurrent droughts. \u201cWe are very pleased to have secured $18 million from the African Development Bank.
