Somalia, one of the world\u2019s poorest nations, has been experiencing its fifth consecutive failed rainy season.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe\u2019re talking about the massive displacement. We\u2019re talking about the rising malnutrition, severe depression,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U.N.
